How many sessions?
I offer a free initial consultation during which we discuss a personalised treatment plan and the number of sessions required.
I would recommend a minimum of 3 sessions, followed by the use of self-hypnosis.
Follow-ups sessions to deal with particular events can be booked as you feel necessary.
